Morel Mushroom Soup

Benefits:

Ingredients:
Morel mushroom, radix pseudostellariae, huai shan, mai dong, fu ling, red dates

Method (Serving for 1-2 persons):
1. Soak the morel mushroom in hot water for 20 minutes. Squeeze and rinse. Use scissors to remove the stems. Set aside.
2. Blanch the chicken until there is no more blood. Remove the chicken and rinse.
3. Take a soup pot, pour 8-10 bowls of water. Place blanched chicken and morel mushroom into the pot
4. Add other materials, boil for 15 minutes on high heat, turn heat to low and simmer covered for 2 hours.
5. Add appropriate seasoning salt before serving

羊肚菌淮山健脾汤

功效:

羊肚菌性味甘平,能益肠胃、消化助食、化痰理气、搭配淮山益肺健脾,可用于治疗脾虚纳差、气虚多痰等

成分:

羊肚菌,太子参,淮山,麦冬,茯苓,红枣

食用方法 (1-2 人份):
1. 先将羊肚菌浸泡用热水20分钟,清水干净沥干备用
2. 鸡肉准备900克去皮,清洗后水备用
3. 取一汤锅倒入清水大约8-10碗水,煮沸后加入鸡肉和羊肚菌在煲内
4. 上桌前加入适量调味盐,即可享用
