CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Customers are not allowed to cancel the order once order is successfully placed. Kindly contact our customer careline at 1-800-22-0688 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to seek further information regarding this.
- In the event where the product ordered is not available for any reason, Soon Thye Hang will cancel the order. In this case, customers will be notified and payment will be returned to them. Refund will be credited into customer’s credit card account or to the customer’s bank account if it is a cash payment depending on the period of time required by the financial institution to make arrangement for the refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Customers shall examine the product immediately upon receipt or collection for any damage or quality issue. Any damage or quality issue must be lodged to our customer careline 1-800-22-0688 or email us at email@example.com with pictures or videos of the damages or quality issues within 5 working days from the date of receipt. Otherwise, Soon Thye Hang shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.
- If the product is damage or with quality issue after the delivery process/collection at our store, please return the product(s) to our nearest Soon Thye Hang store within 14 days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt.
- Soon Thye Hang shall honour an exchange of product(s) for the following reasons:
a) Product received is expired or damaged upon receipt / collection at our store or at the time of delivery process.
b) Product received by delivery or collected at our store is different than the product ordered
- We shall examine the product returned by you is in good condition and with at least 80% content. If one or more of the conditions in No. 3 is fulfilled, you are entitled for an exchange of the exact product or another product with similar value, provided the product is available in our stock.
- Goods sold are not refundable
