烹饪步骤 (Cooking steps):-
1) 花胶, 鱼鳔切丝 (cut fish maw into shreds)
2) 蒸蟹 (steam the crab)
3) 煲上汤 (boil chicken essence soup)
4) 放在一起煮20分钟, 调味打芡 (put all the ingredients to cook for 20min & put cornstarch with water to thicken the soup)
