Consumption Method | 食用方法(3–4人份)

  1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Add into a soup pot with 1.5–2L of water.

  3. Add 500–600g of lean pork or chicken, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 1–2 hours.

  4. Season to taste, serve warm.
