Method: (Serving for 3-4 persons)
Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into a pot. Add in 6-8 bowls of water, bring the water to boil.
Add in pork/chicken and cook over low heat for about 1 hour to 2 hours. Ready to serve.
