INGREDIENT(s): Pacific Clams in Brine
SIZE: 2 x 425g 【2 cans】
Pacific clams 425 g [1 can]
Sugar snaps 90 g
Carrot(s) 50 g [sliced]
Stoned red dates 6 pcs
Chili 1/2 pc [red, cut into pieces]
Ginger(s) 2 slices
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 7 tbsp
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp
White pepper to taste
1) Drain Pacific clams. Blanch Pacific clams, sugar snaps and carrot in boiling water with ginger and green onion. Drain.
2) Sauté red chili in 2 tbsp. oil. Add Pacific clams, sugar snaps, carrot and red dates. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
