Consumption Method | How to consume (suitable for 3–4 people)
- Rinse all herbs under running water.
Wash all the medicinal herbs and set them aside. - Add ingredients into soup pot with 500g lean pork or chicken.
Place it in a soup pot along with about 500 grams of lean meat or chicken. - Add 1.5–2L water, bring to boil, then simmer on low heat for 3–4 hours.
Add 1.5–2 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours. - Serve warm. Season with salt if preferred.
It can be drunk after seasoning; it is mild and nourishing.
