Terms & Conditions
Free delivery is applicable for purchase of our standard Chinese New Year hampers to any location within
West Malaysia only. No delivery to East Malaysia.
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Public
Holidays. Under normal circumstances, the ordered hampers will be delivered within 5-8 working days.
• We target to have your hampers delivered to you as fast as possible. If we are unable to meet the estimated
delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, expenses or grievances
arising out of late delivery.
Delivery due to no recipient at the point of delivery of incorrect address will cause late deliveries. Any
complaints about the late delivery will not be entertained.
•For re-delivery of any hampers due to no recipient at the point of delivery, a delivery charge will be imposed
on the respective delivery zone.
Customer must order by 6 February 2026 for timely delivery on or before 16 February 2026. Any orders received
after 6 February 2026 will be delivered from 24 February 2026 onwards within 3-4 working days from the date
hampers are picked up by the courier company from our warehouse.
Although it is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as
shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take
into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Cancellation of orders for hamper before delivery must be made within 2 days from the date of order and
minimum processing fee of RM 15 per unit will be charged. For unsuccessful deliveries, there will be no
cancellation.
For cancellation after 2 days from the day of order before delivery, refunded amount will be 50% of the
hampers’ cost. No cancellation of order will be accepted for orders that are delivered. All claim rights shall be
null and void if the hampers are delivered and accepted.
STH Marketing Sdn. Bhd. Reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the Terms and Conditions at
any time without any prior notice. In any case or dispute, the decision of STH Marketing Sdn. Bhd. shall be final.

条件与规则
· 本公司提供免费礼篮专送服务,覆盖的区域只限于西马地区而已。没有专送服务到东马。
专送服务将会安排在工作日的普通营业时间递送(周六、日与公共假期除外)。礼篮将会在订购后的5至8个工作日内以专送
服务送到指定收礼人与地址。
我们务必将您的礼篮尽快递送到收礼人手上,如果礼篮无法于预计时间抵达,我们将无法承担延期交货的任何损失、责任、
费用、开支或不满。
如果收礼人无法亲自签收礼篮或住址出差错,本公司将尽快联络购买人以做进一步处理但不承担任何责任和额外费用。
基于提供的资料错误导致收礼人延迟或无法签收礼篮,购买人需自行承担所有额外费用。
订购截止日期 6/2/2026,与上述截止日期前订购的礼篮,专送服务将会安排于16/2/2026或前递送给收礼人签收。
与上诉截止日期后订购的礼篮,专送服务将会安排在24/2/2026开始递送,专送服务将会在3-4个工作日内递送(快递公司到
顺泰行仓库提货日期算起)至收礼人。
虽然我们的目标是在上述交货期内交货,但由于礼篮由第三方处理,我们无法保证交货日期。订单截止时间仅作为参考准则
迟付款导致延迟递送的问责一概不收处理。
如顾客欲取消订单,必须在订购单两日内通知本公司,而每个礼篮将征收RM15的行政费用。无法签收的礼篮一概不接受取消
订单。
·如顾客在下订单的两日后欲取消订单,顾客只能获得50%的付款额作为退款金额。已递送的礼篮订单,将不接受任何的取消或
退款索求。
· 顺泰行有权于任何时候更改及修正相关规则,而无需另行通知。 泰行拥有最后决定权。
