Terms & Conditions
Free delivery is applicable for purchase of our standard Chinese New Year hampers to any location within
West Malaysia only. No delivery to East Malaysia.
Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Public
Holidays. Under normal circumstances, the ordered hampers will be delivered within 5-8 working days.
• We aim to have your hampers delivered to you as quickly as possible. If we are unable to meet the estimated
delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, expenses or grievances
arising out of late delivery.
Delivery delays due to no recipient at the point of delivery or an incorrect address will occur. Any
complaints about late delivery will not be entertained.
• For re-delivery of any hampers due to no recipient at the point of delivery, a delivery charge will be imposed
on the respective delivery zone.
Customers must order by February 6, 2026, for timely delivery on or before February 16, 2026. Any orders received
after February 6, 2026, will be delivered from February 24, 2026, onwards within 3-4 working days from the date
hampers are picked up by the courier company from our warehouse.
Although it is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as
shipments are handled by third parties. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take
into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Cancellation of orders for hampers before delivery must be made within 2 days from the date of order, and a
minimum processing fee of RM 15 per unit will be charged. For unsuccessful deliveries, there will be no
cancellation.
For cancellation after 2 days from the day of order before delivery, the refunded amount will be 50% of the
hamper’s cost. No cancellation of order will be accepted for orders that are delivered. All claim rights shall be
null and void if the hampers are delivered and accepted.
STH Marketing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, modify, or amend any of the Terms and Conditions at
any time without any prior notice. In any case or dispute, the decision of STH Marketing Sdn. Bhd. shall be final.
Free delivery service in West Malaysia
Terms and Conditions
· We provide free hamper delivery service, covering only areas in West Malaysia. No delivery service to East Malaysia.
Delivery service will be arranged during normal business hours on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Hampers will be delivered to the designated recipient and address via delivery service within 5 to 8 working days after ordering.

If the recipient is delayed or unable to sign for the hamper due to incorrect information provided, the purchaser shall bear all additional costs.
Order deadline is February 6, 2026. Hampers ordered before the above deadline will be delivered to the recipient for signature on or before February 16, 2026.
For hampers ordered after the appeal deadline, delivery service will be arranged starting from February 24, 2026. Delivery service will be delivered within 3-4 working days (starting from the date the courier company picks up the goods from

If customers wish to cancel an order, they must notify our company within two days of the order, and an administrative fee of RM15 per hamper will be charged. Hampers that cannot be signed for will not be accepted for cancellation.
