材料 (Ingredients):-
1) 花胶 (Fish Maw)
2) 淮山 (Hui Shan)
3) 枸杞 (Goji Berry)
4) 鸡/ 排骨 (Chicken or Spareribs)
5) 盐 (Salt)
烹饪步骤 (Cooking steps):-
1) 清洗鸡/ 排骨, 然后煮熟鸡/ 排骨 (wash & cook chicken or Spareribs)
2) 清洗药材-淮山&枸杞 (Wash the herbs – Hui Shan & Goji Berry)
3) 先炖鸡肉,淮山&枸杞2小时(double boil chicken, 4-5 pcs of Hui Shan & some Goji Berry for 2 hour)
4) 加入花胶炖另外30分钟 (add in Fish Maw to double boil again for another 30 mins)
4) 加入少许盐 (add in some salt)
5) 即可亨用 (ready to serve)
